Luna County Courthouse Historic Renovation
This historic 32,000 sf courts facility was renovated to consolidate the county’s departments and expand the District Courtroom Facilities. The program included exterior and interior renovation and improvements as well as upgraded mechanical and electrical systems. Like all older facilities the historic windows were inefficient and required replacement with modern thermal look-a-likes.
