This project involved the renovation of approximately 70,000 sf of a strip shopping center and a 6,300 sf renovation of a free standing tire store. NCA converted these two buildings into a new Cibola County Administration and Judicial Complex. The District Attorney’s Office, DWI, County Administration, District Court, Adult Probation, and County Health Offices are housed in the main building while Dispatch and Emergency Management Services are housed in the smaller free standing building.
The main components of this new administrative complex included interior renovations, exterior façade improvements, two secured rear staff parking lots, a complete re-roof and front landscape/parking improvements. The goal was to transform a run-down partially abandoned building into a beautiful modern facility that brings the county residents a sense of civic pride.
