NCA designed this 5,500 sf public office for Roosevelt County. The Portales Public Health facility offers affordable health care to the residents of Roosevelt County including immunizations, family planning, harm reduction, and children’s medical services. The facility includes exam rooms, offices, conference room, pharmacy, laboratory, medical record storage, break out spaces, reception and waiting area. The design also includes provisions for a separate WIC clerk’s office, classroom, nutrition/training space and waiting area. The design provides a covered connection to the existing medical office building and site improvements.
